Jessica McCray

Installation/Service Project Manager

Jessice is our Installation/Service Project Manager. She handles our service and installation scheduling with great focus on excellent communication with customers to ensure that their jobs are handled without issue.

Jessica brings with her 25 years of experience in the Title & Escrow industry that helped develop her desire to help people. As a team-oriented person, Jessica is a welcome addition to our work family.

Installation Coordinator

John is our Installation Coordinator with over 53 years of experience in the building industry. There are very few in the fireplace industry that have the knowledge and background that John brings to our company. John has experience with virtually all fireplace manufactures and can easily assist customers choose the correct product for their needs.

John started his career in lumber and soon thereafter worked 18 years with his family’s masonry and fireplace supply company. Wanting to further his knowledge about all things fireplaces, John spent 8 years running a fireplace division with another company.

In 2000, John and his wife Teresa acquired Suburban Fireplace & Patio, Inc. and under their leadership quickly became Central Ohio’s premier full-service fireplace supplier. John and his team joined the Reading Rock family in 2020 continuing their focus on exceptional customer service.
